| Report: | A close tie between the 2 teams saw a narrow victory for Oasis. Keane Pye won the 4th string match 3-1, while Broadland's Mark Woolner came from 1-2 down to beat Dave Horrex 3-2. The second string match looked set to be a cracker when, towards the end of the second game, with the match-up delicately poised at 1-1, an injury to Oasis's John Milton meant that he had to concede the following two games. Finally, in the first-string match, Richard Hatch beat the fast-improving Josh Hall 3-0. |
