Ben Warminger got the home team off to the best possible start, beating Marcus Noakes in straight games, which was then followed by Sam McCluskey who kept his 100% win record in tact with a 3-1 win over Gary Powley. Dale Foreman then made sure of the win for the hosts with a controlled 3-0 win over Jordan Bowman. At the top of the order, Mark Heazle's experience won out over Sam Henden's youth, winning 3-0 after a tight first game which finished 14-12. The final match was presided over in exemplary fashion by marker Tony Henden, with both teams enjoying a superb ham, egg and chips in the White Horse afterwards. Loddon/Harleston will look to wrap up the league title in two week time away at Potters Misfits.
