| Report: | Broadlands 3 were out played by a strong UEA second team.
Lewis Martins started off against Riyad Sheik with a close first game. As the game progressed, Riyad proved the stronger player, winning the next 2 games.
Glen Richmond played James Taylor in the second match. Again, after a relatively close first game, James came through more comfortably in the second and third game.
Jordan Bowman against Tom Greenfield was the third match that was played. This was one of the closer fought games on the night with a lot of long rallies being played. Tom won the first two games before Jordan rallied to take the third game. However, Tom's quality proved too much for Jordan and Tom won the fourth game to win 3-1.
Gary Powley played Tom Vaughan in the fourth match of the evening. It took some time for Gary to get going. Tom took the first game quite easily with the second game being much more closely contested. Tom proved to be too strong and won the match 3-0.
The final game of the evening of Nathan Shearing against Ashnish Shah. After a loose first game, Nathan fought more closely in the next two games. However, Ash's control of the game didn't relinquish and Ash won 3-0.
It was a good evening with the matches contested in a good spirit.
