| Report: | Broadland played the opening match of the season at home against UEA. Broadland were able to put out a strong team and recorded a convincing win against the students also playing their first fixture of the season.
Improving Broadland youngsters Kirstie Johnson (4) and Jodie Dowe (3) got the home team off to a strong start against Celina Uppal and Fenella Greenfield, both winning 3-0. The second string match between Julie Johnson and UEA's Ally Artuch, making her debut for the students, also ended in a 3-0 victory for the home team. Hannah Jones then overcame an early hand injury to beat Rachel Wong 3-0 in the first string match.
Players were then able to return to court for some friendly matches. |

| Away Report: | UEA played their first away fixture of the season against Broadland. There were some great rallies across all matches, but we were not able to come home with a win. Despite this we have taken on board what we needs to be worked on for next time. Well done boradland for a strong win. PLayers returned to the courts for some friendly matches. |
