| Report: | Albie played well and was unlucky not to pinch both the first two. His efforts clearly took their toll and James cruised through the 3rd to take the win. Neil and Max’s first game saw them exchanging runs of points, with scores level at 8-8, until Neil won four points in a row to take the first. The second and third were slightly more straightforward for Neil. Stuart and Paul hadn’t played each other for circa 10 years or more. The passage of time was clearly evident! After securing the first two the third was much more closely contested with Paul having 2 game balls, only to stumble at the line. Just as well as Stuart didn’t fancy himself beyond three! Paul rounded off the win for Barnham, delivering a resounding win in very short order. |
